Home Office is "New Staple of the American Home"

According to the Los Angeles Times, "Forget great rooms, walk-in closets and spa-like bathrooms. The home office has become the new staple of the American home."
But this being LA, they are not like any home office most of us have ever seen and some of them are bigger than most homes.

Oh, to live in a place with seasons other than winter or bug, like Santa Monica architect Jesse Bornstein's home office. He puts it at the front of his house so that there is a separation between personal and professional, always a good idea.
