Over a five-year period starting in July, Los Angeles will retrofit 140,000 of its residential street lights with LED cluster bulbs. Bill Clinton praised it, according to LA News, with this rejoinder: "if every major city followed your lead, we could eliminate 2 1/2 coal- fired power plants." All we need to make that happen now is a stimulus package!
