Kelly recently discussed how to deal with family at Thanksgiving if you are vegetarian;; Sara recommended ways to have a green organic holiday. But for some, the tradition of grandma's stuffed butterball outweighs the interests of those interested in vegetarianism or organic.

No more turkey! We're 100% vegetarian and so are our guests. Everything is organic and most is grown in the garden which is new for us.
What's the celebration about really?
A day to remember an unprepared colony who survived of of the kindness of strangers and repaid them by taking their land and killing them?
This is not a day to celebrate in my book.
