That DIY scouring scrub recommends mixing baking soda and vinegar in sufficient amounts for a two month supply. The claim is that "vinegar is an all-natural anti-bacterial that kills 99% of all bacteria, 82% of mold and 80% of germs and viruses. So put it to work!"
If you recall basic high school science, mixing vinegar (CH3COOH) and baking soda (NaHCO3) produces water (H2O), carbon dioxide (CO2, all those fabulous bubbles), and a fairly inert salt CH3COONa (in aqueous solution), i.e. there's no vinegar or baking soda left.
In her video (if you follow the link from Planet Green), she's cleaning her sink with an aqueous salt solution scented with essential orange oil.
