We should ban plastics instead of using it as art IMO.

Similar to lawn Halloween decorations. The only differences are he's "stealing" his power from other fans and "winds" and his stuff isn't made in a factory. At least I doubt it.
He should learn to cut his video size down a little though. Four minutes of the dog getting up and falling down is a little excessive. The traffic noise is terrible too. I understand him wanting to get the reactions on tape though.
I'm soooooo glad I don't live there. What a terrible existence.
