But what if the forclose on the middle section, or the bottom? Instead of the bridge to nowhere, it will be the "Stair to Nowhere".

Perhaps someone will start offering modules on a rent-to-own basis.
I love my modular home. It is built with green products, was affordable, and was built very quickly. I would never purchase anything else.
Living in Scranton, PA I went to a local dealer known as Simplex Homes. They were great. I would recommend them to anybody.
