It does give the distinct impression we're too late to solve the problem!
Wee, it does appear that way, but it shouldn't stop people from taking action. I really lament the problems this causes to the poor people and wildlife around the world who suffer the most. They are the ones who haven't caused this problem we have.
I love how they skipped over the winter from 2007 to 2008 that found that global sea ice was well above the mean again . . . Typical green washing, leave out the actual details to scare people to give up their money.
