Sorry but the diet study is really weak and I think it's irresponsible to tell people LC is bad because of it. All they measured was brachial vasodilation over 6 weeks. Then they assume that will translate to heart disease risk.

The problem is, it doesn't. The weight of the evidence points to low-carb diets as reducing overall mortality.

He even says it in the article. LC ameliorates weight and high blood pressure, two of the biggest risk factors for heart disease. To then say it's bad for you because of some 6-week study that doesn't even look at mortality is ridiculous.
