Just when the situation cannot get more absurd, Clarkson tackles what he calls the "most complicated building in the world." When you're driving a three-speed manual transmission with no reverse gear, what else but hijinks can ensue?

I've seen this car in a parking lot down the street and stopped to look at it. Now I know what it is. I wonder If the gas milage is better than a hybrid car?
