BBC Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson drives the Peel P50—the world's most diminutive car, according to The Guinness Book of World Records—all the way to work...and then through the corridors of the BBC offices. Just when the situation cannot get more absurd, Clarkson tackles what he calls the "most complicated building in the world." When you're driving a three-speed manual transmission with no reverse gear, what else but hijinks can ensue?

I've seen this car in a parking lot down the street and stopped to look at it. Now I know what it is. I wonder If the gas milage is better than a hybrid car?
