on 02.28.08

To be held tonight at 7 p.m. at Greenbelt—Brooklyn's first high-performance green building seeking LEED certification and designated as an Energy $mart Target Zone by the New York State Research and Development Authority—"Green, Greener, Greenest: Approaches to Living Green in NYC" will offer a wide spectrum of views on sustainable life choices—from big picture to little picture, from buying green to not buying at all.
The dialog session will include notable greenies such as Jacquie Berger, executive director of Just Food; Mark Caserta, owner of 3R Living; Ben Jervey, author of the Big Green Apple Guide; Emily Main, senior editor of The Green Guide; and Colin Beavan, the one and only No Impact Man.
Organic snacks and free beer and wine from Peak Organic Brewing Company and Lieb Cellars, will be served.
Converts and skeptics alike are welcome. Please RSVP to rsvp [at] austerevents [dot] com.
