Wired Covers Mini Modular Prefab
by Lloyd Alter, Toronto on 01. 8.08

Well, sort of. Some are not mini, some are not modular and some are not prefab. Some are real and some are vaporware; all have been around the block a few times. And of course, the comments include "why are these so expensive?" Most have been covered in TreeHugger before: including the Wee House, Marmol Radziner, Tumbleweed Tiny Houses, the Rotor house, the Microcompact home, the Katrina cottage and Single Hauz.
