Home on a Tricycle

We promote the idea living in small spaces but but perhaps there are limits. Designer KC Wong has developed a "mobile home" built onto a tricycle chassis as a way of beating Hong Kong's high cost of housing. It has a fold down desk and a bed, but unfortunately it is not long enough and his legs stick out when he unfolds the bed. Needs work but a good start! ::Reuters via ::Splurch

as a mobile office, i suppose i can see definite uses, especially for insurance adjusters and such. But, while small is good, you should at least be able to fit your bed.
Maybe the place that makes "tiny houses" could make an ultra-light and ultra-small version that could be towed by a bike.
There are small compact trailers made for motorcycles (and sometimes used for compact cars) that look like a tiny box cargo trailer, but unfold to a rather large tent and folded up have some storage inside.
Might be an easier design to tow with less air drag, especially in a cross wind, and would give you more room inside when it's in house mode.
Nice - I like his style and innovation!
