If emission of carbon dioxide isn't reduced,what will happen after several decades?no one knows the results,only predict from the current conditions.development and environmental protecting seem a couple of conflict,but people have no choice and have to adopt some measures to avoid the conditions becoming worse so Kyoto agreement was reached.who is responsible for these problems?who produces and who is.
Wonderful news. Everything possible needs to be done to build momentum towards post-Kyoto agreements, which are very soon going to become a major issue. Having Australia's voice added to the support for meaningful world climate change measures can only aid in that process.
This could well be a step towards the United States adopting in time for the changeover, too.
