Which side of the nuclear smackdown are you on? It might help if you know which nuclear reactors are close to your hood.

If you're living in the United States, simply type in your zip code and Greenpeace's search engine will help you locate one of the 104 operating reactors in your vicinity. ::Greenpeace USA

Let's get our legislators on board and build some more nuclear plants. We now have the technology to make clean energy and also non-lethal radioactive waste (like france). Support nuclear power.

Perhaps this is a better resource:

You tell it your zip code, and it tells you you where you get your power from. That is, how much of your power comes from each type of generation. It also tells you how much pollution that generates, and compares it to the national average. It's great.

If GreenPeace cannot or will not have the information. Will Treehugger please post a spot I can type in my zip code to find out how much sickening pollution I and my family is recieving now from the Ohio coal fired power plants to the West of us?

Well California seems pretty green. The East seems laced with nuclear and coal power plants. =T

what is non-lethal radioactive waste?

and not to be dogmatic or anything, but, how does that fit into "zero waste"?

Once again Greenpeace displays their willful ignorance. In the future it might be beneficial to refrain from adding this FUD to your site, as it taints genuine discourse.

Yeah, an anti-treehugger troll named "Abe Lincoln" is here for genuine discourse. And the Pope is Hindu.
