DIY Idea: Wine Glass Chandelier

3 lengths of small-gauge cable +
2 plexiglass circles (or substitute real glass, if you can cut it) +
1 compact fluorescent or other high-efficiency lightbulb +
lots of wine glasses =
a new combo chandelier/wine glass rack
