Royal Caribbean Fueling Up With Biodiesel

In a move that should help lighten the large amount of sulfur pollutants emitted from their cruise ships, Royal Caribbean Cruises has signed up to purchase a boatload (couldn't resist) of biodiesel from Imperium Renewables. For 2007, Royal Caribbean will buy a minimum of 15 million gallons, and for the four years after a minimum of 18 million gallons. Imperium believes this purchase to be "the single-largest long-term biodiesel sales contract to an end user in the US."
