TreeHugger Radio: A Conversation with Ed Begley Jr.
by Team Treehugger, Worldwide
on 03.29.07

This week on TreeHugger Radio, Simran Sethi talks with actor and eco-advocate Ed Begley Jr., a man who not only walks the walk, but drives and bikes it as well. Mr. Begley’s life has most recently been chronicled on Living With Ed, a reality TV show that goes inside his home to see what makes this green machine tick. Ed is also a final judge in TreeHugger’s Convenient Truths user-submitted video contest. Listen to TreeHugger Radio each week on Air America’s EcoTalk, here on TreeHugger.com, or pick up the podcast on iTunes. (listen/right click to download) ::TreeHugger Radio

Why don't they put solar panels on top of electric cars/ hybrid cars? I tried to contact Jay leno and Ed Begley Jr. and neither of them have e-mail for the public that I have found. We are going full solar at our house in NJ and we want to do even more but we can't find anyone in our state that converts cars or trucks to totally electric.
I saw the TV show on wind Turbins. It was the first time I saw a plastic white cylinder type. I live in Newport Beach . I would love to buy one since I live one house from the ocean and get lots of wind.
Ed who do I call to order one and get one installed?
Thanks Joyce

Is Greenswitch a real product? I have emailed and called numerous times, and still have not received any information about cost, availability, etc. Their phone number is an answering service that points you back to the website...
