Hey there shake-and-bake-man, you makin me seasick !
Furthermore, by the shape of that lightbulb in your good old outside lamp, it's definitively NOT a CFL - rather a normal good old incandescent!

Talk about convenient man- he's telling us what he's GONNA do not what he's done!

;-O

Maybe the bulb is one of those compact flouresents that are enclosed in a plastic shroud so it resembles a conventional bulb ?

He lives so close to the bus stop and local shops that he must surely patronise them. Maybe it wasn't convenient to make a video about walking to the bus stop and visiting the local shops.

I shot the video clip in question . The fixture contains a compact fluorescent bulb that I received compliments of a local electrical utility. It has a plastic covering so I think it is OK for use in an outdoor fixture. I started using compact fluorescents in 1990 with two bulbs that I bought out of curiosity. Most of the light fixtures in my residence contain compact fluorescents and did so before I shot the clip. I use task lighting when practical.

I have used local shops for 17 years. They are within easy waking distance so it is convenience to use them. I have been bicycled for 20 years as an adult because for chores within a few miles or more from home it is easier to bike than use my car. The transit buses in my town even have bike racks on the front of the bus; so drop the bike in the rack and relax and ride the bus.
