Amenity Organic Bedding

I've long coveted Amenity's gorgeous hand-silk-screened textiles, so I was tickled pink to discover that the Los Angeles company now offers organic-cotton bedding—with 320 thread count, no less. Made with 100-percent SKAL-certified organically grown and processed cotton, the fabric is printed with nontoxic, eco-friendly water-based dyes. Not that my pocketbook will allow me to spring for these sheets anytime soon, but it's nice to have options. ::Amenity Home

Interesting patterns ... but wow, they are expensive! And you should know, 350 thread count is so last year.

Yup, they are very nice to look at. They are more for show than for everyday use. Not very practical.
if your looking for a good organic bed i got mine from sleeptek in ottawa canada. cost $1600 cnd and its a queen size latex mattress. It is literally the most comfortable mattress i have ever slept on(and im not speaking from bias!). The mattress has a very good consistancy to it. coil mattresses poke my ribs so i hate all coil mattresses.
Word of caution though, dont use its shipping box as its frame :P. Got a wee spot of mold after 5 months. Its been fine though after putting it on a proper bed frame.
I am making a line of hand-printed (silkscreen) duvet covers usind reclaimed bedding from hotels (that have been washed *very* well.) Amenity's are beautiful, and yes they are expensive, but so is 320 thread count organic cotton!
