Green Clothes from Organic Avenue

by Michael Graham Richard, Gatineau, Canada on 02. 5.07
Fashion & Beauty

Corn, bamboo and hemp clothes. Recycled purses and seaweed fabrics. Vegan "leather" and pesticide-free cotton. Here's a nice little video for you fashion fans out there. They even say "treehugger" a few times, though not in reference to this site. Of course, the greenest clothes are those you already have (keep them a long time!) and second-hand ones, but if you have to buy new, definitely try to go with sweatshop-free clothes made of greener materials. Via Hugg, thanks to the incredible, the amazing Hugg-machine, Linton. ::Organic Avenue See also: ::How To Green Your Wardrobe
