Bloomframe: Window transforms into Balcony

Where we live, apartment balconies are mostly radiator fins used for storing empty beer bottles. For the amount of time they are used, they are a huge architectural headache, causing condensation inside and wasting energy.
Then along come Dutch architects Hofman Dujardin with this- a balcony that folds out of the wall when required, but acts as a window the rest of the time. Problem solved. ::Hofman Dujardin via ::Mocoloco via ::Yanko
