Here’s a little curio we'd not spied before: a business providing certified organic pizza bases to pizzerias. Seems the owner, Danny Mourani came home all inspired from the Organic World Congress, a couple of years back. To the point where he conjured up a new pizza base made from organic wheat flour, organic whole and peeled tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and some herbs. The result being a health conscious base that cooks in about 5 minutes. A Gluten-free base is also available. Although located in NSW, the business appears to be looking to spread nationally throughout Australia. If they ever go international no doubt they’ll supply Galactic Pizza.
