More Green Resolutions From Coolhunting

The hipsters at Coolhunting continue with their New Years Resolutions, suggesting that "Consuming less of the world's resources should be on top of everyone's list for 2007." They came up with some interesting choices to help you live green, some of which we have shown in TreeHugger before: Ecopods (the composter, not the coffin) Jorg and Olif bikes, Nau, Preserve Tableware (which we are uncomfortable with but is better than the regular stuff) and others. I came across the preserve tableware and a variety of very high cost recycled glassware when looking for new placesettings for my family, I also managed to find a bunch of disposable bamboo cuttlery, but nothing withing a middle class family's budget for tableware came up. I was wondering if anything had come across your desks at treehugger in regard to ecofriendly kitchen stuffs
