Sun Jar: What's Inside

Our post on the Sun Jar was popular and picked up everywhere; Now, thanks to Inhabitat, we get to see the working drawings. As we suspected: a solar cell charges battery which powers the light. There are a thousand dumb and ugly things that do this; what a difference the designer's touch makes. ::Inhabitat

As you suspected? What else could it be powered by, lightning bug souls? It seems Inhabitat site is down, do they give schematics?
Forever? I'm guessing the battery will die long before the LED does but it's not going to last forever.
