wsjbills.jpgThere are two kinds of Wall Street Journal readers; those who don't give a damn about the cost of energy, and those who got rich by giving a damn about every single cent they ever spent. This recent article discusses technologies and initiatives that can save lots of energy, phrasing it nicely: "James E. Rogers Jr., chief executive of Duke Energy Corp. and president of the utility industry's leading trade group, the Edison Electric Institute, calls energy efficiency the "fifth fuel." By that he means that it's an alternative to coal, natural gas, hydropower and nuclear fuel." We like that- an industry spokesman selling conservation.
