Elizabeth May Elected Leader of the Green Party of Canada

Elizabeth May, the former Executive Director of the Sierra Club of Canada, has just been elected leader of the Green Party of Canada (with 65.34% of the vote) at their leadership convention in Ottawa. Jim Harris, the leader of the party between 2003 and 2006, did not run in this race. You can read her campaign blog here.
