Ecover Launches New Line of Laundry Products

We've been fans of Ecover's wide range of TreeHugger-friendly cleaning products for a while now, but we're always on the lookout for easier, more effective ways to clean things up, so we're happy to hear about their new laundry products, scheduled to be launched next month. The range features ground-breaking new ingredients, increased solubility and better cleaning. The key change in the formula is a brand new surfactant (the stuff that does the hard work), which is new enough that Ecover is the only manufacturer in the world using it. Ecover spent two years developing the new powder at their unique ecological factory. We're looking forward to seeing it hit the shelves! ::Ecover via ::Hugg

I am a fan of Ecover's Floor Soap. It works really well, which is not always true for some of the natural/organic cleaners.
We use their products all the time at home, great stuff!
Released next month? I bought the Ecover Delicate Wash at my local grocery store yesterday. The first load is in the dryer as I type, so I can't comment yet on the results quite yet. :)

Katy,
You're right -- Delicate Wash is available now. There aren't any pictures of the new product available from Ecover just yet, so we used their other laundry products for the image. Keep your eyes peeled for the new product soon!

I use Ecover's dish soap and toilet cleanser and they both work very well. The dish soap goes a long way in small quantities, and both products smell fresh. The package designs are also quite nice.
Does anyone know if Ecover has plans to manufacture these in the US? I know their factory in Europe is very green, but I'm not sure that outweighs the eco-impact of shipping the products across the Atlantic.
I'm hoping this includes products that can be used in HE (high-efficiency) washing machines?
I love Ecover dish soap. I've never tried this laundry stuff though. I use Dr. Bronners pure castile soap, 100% organic for the laundry. It works great. I'll check this out though. Thanks.
