Providing the food for the Green Enterprise Toronto forum is Vert Catering- a "gourmet green caterer, specializing in local and organic food"...." Our food is local, fresh, seasonal and passionately cultivated." Catering can be a wasteful business- lots of transport, lots of garbage. Vert tries to do it differently by encouraging organic and naturally grown food choices; Supporting community by donating one catering to charity monthly; Composting and recycling all excess food onsite; Driving environmentally friendly Autoshare; Using biodegradable tableware non-pulp products.
