I have been reading Plan B 2.0 for the last few days and sending the link to the book to my representatives, governor and state transportaion board members. The book is available to read online in PDF chapters (For Free!) at:

As soon as it is available in spanish, my institution will be giving it away to government officials. This is precious information!
