Things that don't make sense to sporty TreeHuggers:
+Stinky PVC yoga mats
+Toxic surf wax
+Sweatshop manufactured athletic outdoor wear made from non-recycled petroleum products (try saying that five times fast).
The good news is we: 1) have the scoop on natural rubber yoga mats; 2) recently heard about biodegradable surf wax; and 3) just received a tip on the fall collection of eco-sweet active wear from Ailin outdoor clothing company. Better yet, Ailin's looks are so stylish that even the non-sporty 'Huggers can enjoy the benefit of their PCD (post-consumer downcycled) tops, skirts, pants and jackets. I was almost excited, until I realized it was yet another manufacturer who's focused on women's clothing only. When will people realize that there is a market for well styled mens clothing and active wear with a green twist.
Variety other than jeans and t-shirts would sure be nice.

This is a major letdown. The company's concept and execution is unreproachable, but then, what is this focus on a single gendered line? They are missing the largest possible potential market on foregoing the male line. Not to start a gender war, but which of the genders is more likely to experiment in all fields?
I also was excited until I clicked the link and didnt find a men's line! Funny how no women have commented on this. We are hungry for some good quality eco wear. And does anyone know why most of these sites dont have an online store?
