TreeHugger has been nominated for a Webby Award! We are in the Blog - Cultural/Personal category along with BoingBoing, Rocketboom (hi amanda!), Cute Overload and We Make Money Not Art. We're all eligible for the "Internet industry's two most sought-after awards: The Webby Award and The People's Voice Award." That's right, the winner of one of the awards is decided by you, the people! It is, of course, an honor just to be nominated, but our hearts would burst with joy and gratitude if we were to win the people's voice award. There would be a great party with local organic food and wine at la casa de TreeHugger!
The voting ends on May 5th, the winners will be announced on May 9th and they will be honored at a Gala hosted by Rob Corddry (Daily Show with Jon Stewart) in NYC on June 12. Please vote for us ("blog - cultural/personal", first category on top). Thank you!
