Wooden Briefcase

In pursuit of new applications for wood, this briefcase was created by industrial designer Takumi Shimamura and it's made with "ecologically thinned" Japanese cedar. The briefcase is designed to accomodate laptops, and it is handmade by Japanese craftsmen. It's priced at $265 at the MoMA Store. This site has more details about the briefcase (the translation is bit rough though). :: Via Better Living Through Design
