While we do not usually cover the fashion beat, we could not pass up on the solar powered denim jacket From Bogner Jeans in Germany. "Set to hit retail next year, this fashion friendly gear will charge iPods, laptops, cellphones, and other electronics we lug around. When you're not refueling the power is stored in the included battery for later use." So how do you wash your solar-powered denim jacket when someone spills their organic fair trade coffee on you on the biodiesel-powered bus?
Don't you know true denim enthusiasts don't wash their jeans??
Jk, they're working on making them removable so when you wash it by hand with natural, eco-friendly, green, organic soap the solar panels won't be damaged.
