Last month, we told you about the The Big Green Apple: Your Guide to Eco-Friendly Living in New York City, a book fresh off the presses offering all you super busy New Yorkers tips and strategies for an environmentally smart, lower-impact lifestyle. On March 16, author Ben Jervey will be on hand at Brooklyn Brewery to celebrate the book’s launch. This fine Brooklyn establishment also happens to be the only East Coast brewery to be 100 percent wind-powered. The event will coincide with the re-launch of the “soon-to-be revolutionary Web site” (says Ben) Eco-logic.com—the site's founders are friends. Good people, good music, and revelry—all are promised. No official time yet, but we think if you head there in the happy hour plus region you will be on the right track. ::The Big Green Apple available through ::Amazon.com. ::Eco-logic.com.
