When it comes to TreeHugger-friendly materials, it's pretty tough to beat bamboo. We love it for its many virtues, including sustainability, beauty and versatility, in every room in your house. Here are our favorite bamboo applications for the bathroom.

1) Good things come in threes: soft and absorbent, bamboo towels have appeared here, here and here.
2) Throne need a new seat? Bamboo to the rescue!
3) FG Designs makes a gorgeous and functional set of bamboo bath accessories.
4) After towelling off, slip into this luxurious robe made of a blend of soy and bamboo.

I agree, it would have been more intuitive in order..

Oh well, no biggie. Sometimes we just forget.

I'll re-order them.

As an FYI I recently found bamboo sheet sets and pillows at Target of all places. Being a consumer that votes with the dollar we purchaced 3 sets of 300 thread count sheets. They are soft and comfortable and make me feel good inside too. I passed on the bamboo pillows as they weren't very firm but if that gets fixed I'll buy them too. An email to Target yielded a reply from a human that promised he'd share my feelings with those in charge of purchacing new items. Here's hoping the big-boxes get the idea and help drive the cost down for these environmentally friendly products.

Has anyone seen any bamboo shower curtains (or shower curtain liners)? It seems to me that this would be a good application since mildew might not grow very well on one. But searching for them I am given lots of links to vinyl curtains which have bamboo designs on them.
