AlternativeSource.org: Plugged In to Alternative Energy

For anyone who can't get enough alternative energy news, views and resources here at TreeHugger, we have good news: AlternativeSource.org launched last week and is busily updating the world on the latest in alternative energy. Though they're just under way, it looks like they're off to a pretty complete start, with articles in past few days about biofuels, solar and wind energy and fuel cells. Site director Mike Papageorge has the site headed in a good direction: "The news is intended to be a way for people to get a quick snapshot of what AE topics are making headlines on the current day. We don’t post long excerpts; generally we write a two to three sentence synopsis to give people a slice of what is happening. We find it a great way to keep tabs on the sector and to notice trends start to appear." Something worth watching, for sure. ::AlternativeSource.org via ::Unplugged Living
