After petroleum, coffee is the world's second most widely traded commodity. But unlike fossil fuels, coffee is a renewable resource for which we have a growing list of sustainable options. TreeHugger has written about a number of green coffee choices, including: Starbucks, Thanksgiving Coffee, Green Mountain, The Groovy Mind, Kicking Horse, New Mexico Pinon Coffee, and even McDonalds. With all of these options it looks like it is mighty easy to grab a green cuppa Joe, but we're curious about what is really in your mug today.
