This Solar Spark Lighter is said to be the only pocket-sized solar lighter. It is actually a stainless steel parabolic mirror, which is designed to focus the sun's energy to a precise focal point. Radio Shack used to sell these. at least 25 years ago.
Do it yourself. Do it with fully reuseable/recyclable consumer consumables. Who camps without beer and chocolate? Savages, that's who.

Apparently, you can get by with a Coke can and a bar of chocolate (or toothpaste instead of chocolate).

yeah, i was just going to say that. i remember being like 10 or so, i saved up some money and went down to radio shack to buy one of these. i probably still have it somewhere.

Indeed, these things have been around for decades now. Used to be called solar cigarette lighters.
Well, it isn't the only pocket sized solar lighter as you can light a fire with a magnifying glass probably just as well.
