This fountain runs on solar power and recycles the same water continuously. It is hand-made with terra cotta. It comes with a small solar panel and sixteen feet of cable, so you can position the panel for maximum direct sunlight exposure. It's available from Outdoor Decor ($132) or Amazon ($99).

I bought this item last year for my mothers birthday here in germany. And I have to say that the quality is very poor. The cascade spring will only work well with direct sunlight. If the sun don't shine. there is no spring.
The electrical pump ist very fragile. If you run it a minute without water it will break. So this whole thing is wasted money.
