Earth To America: Get Your Laugh On

I must confess, I'm a little nervous about tomorrow night's "Earth To America" comedy program airing on TBS at 8/7c. I mean, what if it is boring, or worse yet - awkward and you know, dorky? Fortunately my fears are quelled by the high talent making an appearance. Jack Black, Will Ferrell, Tom Hanks, Steve Martin, Martin Short, Robin Williams, Cedric the Entertainer, Ray Romano and Ben Stiller will be on stage as will Al Franken, Christopher Guest, Julia Louis- Dreyfus, Kevin Nealon, Wanda Sykes, Stephen Colbert, Rob Corddry, and, from the puppet world, Triumph the Insult Comic Dog and the cast of "Avenue Q." Who knew they were wacko treehugger types? Hats off to organizer Laurie David for bringing them all together.

I have developed a new ride share site like no other. It's called www.Thumbaride.com. A site where people can actually sell there empty seat in there car or sell empty space on trailers for towing cars, bikes, horses, etc. If some one needs a ride or a bike towed to Daytona, Fl, they would put there info on the site and any member who has a extra space in their car and on there trailer, they would be hooked up the the person needing the tow. This would save fuel, emissions, and help the tower with the cost of there travels. A sure way to reduce traffic and burning of fossil fuels in America. The site will also pinpoint (using googlemaps) all members that live around you and work near you as well, for a daily ride sharing program. www.Thumbaride.com gives the members the chance to meet the people by reading a profile, seeing a picture and getting to know them prior to starting the ride share. If Americans could be shown a way they can cut there cost in fuel and make and save money at the same time, I feel this should motivate them to use the site.
I wish I could have had this promoted on Earth to America. Its a free site to use as well.
