Sustainable Throw from Thistle and BroomThis "Run of the Moor" throw, named for sheep which literally have "run of the moors", is made of naturally colored wool from Shetland sheep found in rare breed flocks. It's knitted and then felted for density, and is apparently quite hard wearing, but very soft. The price is $204 (£115.00) from Scotland. :: Thistle & Broom

Does anyone else think some of these start to seem like self-parodies after a while?

Hi, Thanks for posting this website. I don't know about the cynicism found in the previous posting but I find it kind of refreshing to find a company trying (really trying) to make a difference. Every product has a beneficiary, every one! I am so accustomed to reading 'a portion of our profits' that to have it put out that 8% of all the profits are donated to not-for-profits seems like a breath of fresh air.
