Sustainable Throw from Thistle & Broom
by Justin Thomas, Virginia
on 10.23.05
This "Run of the Moor" throw, named for sheep which literally have "run of the moors", is made of naturally colored wool from Shetland sheep found in rare breed flocks. It's knitted and then felted for density, and is apparently quite hard wearing, but very soft. The price is $204 (£115.00) from Scotland. :: Thistle & Broom
