CSA's let people prepay a local farmer for a years worth of vegetables and produce. They are a great way to help local and family farms, and they put urbanites in touch with the source of their food. Green Renters in a Solar building talking about CSA's- How treehugger can you get? For more info contact Chris at 212 505 6050, neidl (at) solar1.org
