The Moovie: An Electric Car by Peugeot
by Justin Thomas, Virginia
on 09. 7.05
This unique electric car has actually been built by Peugot. The company ran a competition for budding designers to submit a car concept, and have it produced as a working vehicle to be shown at the famous Frankfurt Show. This year the third Peugeot Design Contest saw André Costa carry off the first prize for his two-seater electric concept car, the Moovie. With the Frankfurt Show just weeks away, Peugeot has now released images of the actual working model that was built from Costa’s original concept. The Moovie has two large wheels that rotate at different speeds (like a wheelchair) to swivel 360 degrees. :: Gizmag
