Bricor's One Gallon Per Minute Showerhead

Some readers were underwhelmed by the 2.5 GPM showerhead we featured recently. There are, indeed, other showerheads with greater water efficiency out there — one example is this 1 GPM showerhead from Bricor. Bricor also offers a range of showerheads that use a "vacuum technology" similar to Oxygenics, but they are reportedly much quieter. They range in price from $37 to $45. :: Bricor

It is also good that you can shut off the water at any time with the valve on top. Saves even more water.
I don't think that's a valve, it's an adjustment knob.
I got my low-flow shower head about 10 years ago from Real Goods. RG has gone downhill quite a bit since then, but they still sell it.

1.4 gpm, a "pause button", and is $12. In my experience it works better than any higher flow shower head I've tried.
Thanks for the info, anonymous. Seems like the real deal. I'll do a post on it and maybe it'll finally be the shower head most people can agree on!
And here I am, trying to figure out how to get these damn lo-flo showerheads OFF. Sorry, but I want a SHOWER, not a fricken misting...These things are the scourge of the earth.
