The Return of TranSglass

on 08.12.05
TranSglass, who we previously covered here, has relaunched their collection of recycled glassware. The line will be rereleased at the New York International Gift Fair, starting tomorrow, August 13, and running through August 18. Originally, Tord Boontje and Emma Woffenden produced the slick glassware in their London studio, but they've decided to enlist the help of Artecnica, which will produce the collection in Guatemala. The collection includes vases, jugs and glasses in greens and ambers of the wine and beer bottles they were made from, and will be available at Moss, in NYC at 146 Greene St., or at mossonline.com later this fall. via ::NY Times
