Large Throw Pillows by Tribal Fiber

In response to our search for an eco-sofa, some of our readers pointed out that a sofa can be replaced with cushions on benches or on the floor (Asian style). Here are some large throw pillows from Tribal Fiber that would work well in this scenario. They are fairtraded from Thailand and filled with kapok (a silky fiber grown in Southern Asia), with a hemp/cotton blend cover and naturally dyed. The price is $46 each. :: Tribal Fiber
Kapok is toxic if inhaled, doesn't hold up well for very long periods of time either.
Feather and down are better choices, if you are going petro chem free. Or organic cotton....
