Seth Godin on Whale Oil

whaleoil.jpgWe recently interviewed Seth Godin and continue to be impressed with his insights. He recently posted an interesting entry on his blog about whale oil- how the Netherlands economy ran on it, how they adapted to the decline in whale oil production and moved their intelligence, energy and capital elsewhere. "We're in the middle of the biggest shift(s) of the last century--whole industries are disappearing, worldviews are changing and the rules are being rewritten." We have to do as the Dutch did- get over it and adapt. ::Seth's Blog
