Odd Organic T-Shirt by Yes Labs
by Justin Thomas, Virginia
on 07.12.05
This T-shirt is made of 100% organic cotton and printed with water-based ink. Strangely enough, a 1993 Croatian 100000 dinara note is sewn on to the shirt and has been dyed along with the shirt. This banknote is permanantly fused to the garment and will develop a slight patina with wear. Designed by Yes Labs, the shirt is made sweatshop free in the US and costs $40. :: Virgin Threads

Jason,
RE: the organic t shirts
Do you know the name of the company that makes these tees before they are dyed?
The shirts start as American Apparel certified organic cotton tees and are garment dyed. The printing is done with water-based inks.

Doesn't look like they are sold on Virgin Threads. Is there a new home for the shirts?
