The GRA, a national non-profit organization is looking to improve the eco practices of an industry they suggest represents 10% of the US economy. To help their members become more environmentally sustainable the GRA offer restaurants research, education, consulting and marketing amongst other initiatives. An online store provides a wide range of catering needs.
