Green Greeting Cards

yummyBirthday.jpg There’s a small company in California called Two Piglets and if we were going by the name, we wouldn’t even be able to guess what they do. So when we read that they design and print greeting cards (what the?) we just had to read on. All the cards are pressed using soy ink onto paper that is 30% post consumer recycled fiber. The scrap cards are shredded and used as packing materials, shipping cartons are re-used boxes from local retailers and even the presses are cleaned using ordinary vegetable oil. Two Piglets also sells invitations and in the future they’ll be making custom invitations. Order online or check out what stores carry them near you. Thanks for the tip, Chris L.! ::Two Piglets [by KD]

Cool site!
I noticed another site that sells environmentally friendly cards too, while surfing around the other day. I think they are up in Canada...their address is www.AcornStudios.ca

Keep up the great work guys.
